The bumblebee paradox was a misconception in the 1930s that bees aren't supposed to fly because their wings are too small relative to their body size. But in reality, they do fly. Bees have flexible wings that create vortices and generate lift. But what's even more important than exhibiting aerodynamic principles, is that bees are critical polinators. They transfer pollen between flowers which allow plants to produce fruits and seeds. Bees are essential to our ecosystem and we greatly depend on them for our survival.
Bees aren't just amazing, we need them.
